2. Services Overview

ALEXA Online Classes provides online courses focused on English language learning, including but not limited to:

• English Grammar
• Spoken English
• Vocabulary
• General Awareness(in progress)

We offer free courses alongside Prime Classes, which are available on a pay-per-class basis.

3. User Responsibilities

• Registration: All learners must register on our platform to access live classes. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected during all classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your access.
• Technology Requirements: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment. ALEXA Online Classes is not responsible for any technical issues on the user’s end.

4. Registration Terms and Conditions

When registering for ALEXA Online Classes, you agree to the following guidelines:

Class Platform

• All live classes will be held on Google Meet.

Internet Requirements

• A stable and reliable internet connection is necessary to join classes without interruptions.

Class Environment

• Learners are required to attend classes from a quiet environment with minimal background noise.

Audio Quality

• Always use good-quality earphones or headphones to improve participation and reduce sound interference.

Video Policy

• Cameras must remain turned off during live classes to respect privacy and manage bandwidth effectively.

Attendance

• Regular attendance is expected. If you are unable to attend, please inform the teacher or mentor in advance.

Punctuality

• Be on time for your class. Late entries disrupt the session and may not be allowed.

Participation

• Active participation is encouraged. Engage in discussions, ask questions, and complete assigned activities.

Respect and Conduct

• Be respectful to the teacher and your fellow students. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class.

Privacy

• Do not record or share class content without explicit permission. Respect the privacy of other students and instructors.

Homework and Assignments

• Complete any assigned homework and exercises on time. This is crucial for your learning progress.

Class Scheduling

• Class scheduling is flexible and will depend on the availability of the teacher or mentor. Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation, but we will notify learners in advance.

False Information

• Providing fake or invalid information during registration will result in disqualification from further participation in the platform.

5.Registration and Booking Policy

Demo Class Requirement:

• First-time learners must book a Demo Class before proceeding with regular classes.
• After attending the demo class, learners can choose to continue with either Free or Prime (Paid) Classes.

One-Time Registration:

• Registration is required only once. Your Registration Number will be used for both Free and Prime classes.
• If a learner transitions from Free to Prime classes, the registration number remains the same and is converted to Prime status.
• The Registration Number can be updated or changed as per ALEXA Online Classes’ system requirements.

Booking Terms

• Book your classes only when you are sure you can attend them on time.
• Use your ALEXA Online Classes Registration Number when booking a class.
• Booking for a class closes 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made after this time-frame may not be honored.

6. Prime Classes (Paid Services)

Our Prime Classes are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Learners pay for each attended class. The following terms apply:

Payment Methods

We do not accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, or banking transactions. Payments are accepted only through UPI platforms, including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BharatPe, and other UPI methods.

UPI Payment Process

• UPI QR codes will be shared only with Prime learners after attending a class. Payments must be made immediately after the class.

No Prepayments

• Learners are not required to pay before the class. Payments are only collected post-attendance.

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for attended classes.
• In case of an over-payment, please contact us for a refund resolution.

7. Free Courses

All free courses, such as those in English Grammar, Spoken English, and Vocabulary, are available at no cost. These courses are designed for general learning, and while they are of high quality, they do not guarantee specific results.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. For more details on how your personal data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. External Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. ALEXA Online Classes is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites. The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement by our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

ALEXA Online Classes and its affiliated instructors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our platform. While we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience, we cannot guarantee specific results.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a learner’s access to our platform if they violate these Terms and Conditions, display inappropriate behavior, or fail to comply with our policies. Upon termination, any rights previously granted will cease immediately.

If the learner is a minor, parental consent is required for registration. Parents are encouraged to monitor their child’s participation in classes and ensure adherence to these terms.
